Overall Service Delivery Process
1. Gathering requirements and initial consultation
Understanding brand objectives, product identification, budget and timeline.
Providing a service package framework that fits international and Vietnamese needs such as strategic supply chain.
2. Designing from concept to final design
We will sketch your idea into a final design that can be developed into a real product. Also with branding and packaging (optional).
3. Product Development
In this step, we will manage the process of developing a real product prototype (including samples and material research) into a sample to consider production feasibility and cost optimization.
4. Sourcing factories in Vietnam
Defining evaluation criteria, shortlisting factories, assessing capacity and quality.
Pilot production and assessing supply chain risks; signing contracts and managing the production process.
5. Quality Control and Process Optimization
Set up QC at each stage (design, sample, production, packaging, shipping).
Perform source inspection, in-process inspection, and CAPA when needed.
