Step 2. Propose a suitable design direction, this is a product design strategy to increase competitiveness.
Step 3. Go deeper into the idea by designing samples (sketches).
Step 4. Create a technical techpack: size, material, accessories, sewing details.
Step 5. Check production feasibility and optimize costs.
(OPTIONAL) label/ packaging/ packaging method/ brand/ 3D render.
2) Product Development
You can provide us with your design, product samples, product images….we will produce samples to send back after you are really satisfied with it, we will standardize and then mass produce.
Our service delivery process:
Step 1. Determine product properties and find a suitable implementation unit.
Step 2. Develop BOM (Bill of Materials) and standard specsheet.
Step 3. Optimize the design for production at reasonable cost and high performance.
Step 4. Create and evaluate samples and perform improvement loop.
Step 5. Standardize the product, ready for production.
Step 6. Complete the product techpack document.
3) Factory Source
We have a network of quality partner factories in Vietnam, depending on your needs for quality and delivery schedule, we will provide a list of factories for you to evaluate. You can come directly to Vietnam to evaluate and sign contracts with suitable factories.
We will be very pleased if you can come to Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam, we are ready to take care of accommodation, take you on a Factory tour and enjoy the city’s unique culture. (optional service)
Our service provision process:
Step 1. Build your request profile, create a set of criteria for factory evaluation.
Step 2. Approach and evaluate production capacity, quality, delivery time and scale.
Step 3. Negotiate price, contract terms and delivery time commitment with the factory on your behalf or you can do this directly, we only charge management service fees.
Step 4. Pilot production testing and supply chain risk assessment.
Step 5. Partner relationship management and factory performance monitoring.
4) Quality Control (Optional service)
We have a control and assessment process to ensure quality standards at every stage from design to delivery.
Service delivery process:
Step 1. Develop QC standards for each stage (design, sample, production, packaging, shipping).
Step 2. Conduct quality inspection at source and at the processing process.
Step 3. Check samples before mass production and conduct surprise inspections at the factory.
Step 4. Record and monitor quality KPIs (defective rate, RC, incident handling time).
Step 5. Coordinate with the factory to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5) Fast Delivery (Opional Service)
With the understanding of the strengths of each factory in the network and domestic and foreign Logistic partners, we can plan production flexibly and quickly, in addition to ensuring product quality, we can also deliver in a short delivery time and optimize logistics costs.
